XLNC Customs Royal Enfield Thunderbird Blue Evo

XLNC Customs’ Royal Enfield Thunderbird Blue Evo Almost Looks Like A Proper Chopper

The folks at XLNC Customs have customised a Royal Enfield Thunderbird to look like an American chopper motorcycle. Tagged as the Blue Evo, the custom made Thunderbird was unveiled at the Royal Enfield Rider Mania in Goa.

Visually, the motorcycle has received a complete overhaul with custom made body parts, alloy wheels instead of wire-spoked rims and wider profile tyres. Upfront is a new two-pod headlight. The standard rounded fuel tank has been replaced by a sharper looking custom unit which is followed by a new side panel and a specially made rear fender.

The stock saddle has been been replaced by a single seat too whereas the factory installed handlebar has been replaced by a flatter unit. Surprisingly, the makers have completely eliminated the instrument cluster so keeping a tab of ride related information would be a bit difficult. The custom aftermarket exhaust looks pretty decent and compact too.

There is no mention of any mechanical upgrades to the stock Thunderbird’s engine so the performance numbers are not likely to be any different than the factory tune.

The motorcycle does look good and we must say that the folks at XLNC Customs have done a commendable job with the motorcycle. We’d like to hear your thoughts too. Do share your views and opinions about the custom built Royal Enfield Thunderbird Blue Evo through the comments section below.
