Recently, the fifth generation Honda CR-V was photographed doing the rounds in the US during its public road test. The spotted CR-V was carefully draped in camouflage in order to keep the design details under cover and to prevent scribes from deducing information visually. But the good chaps at AutoFacil have come to the rescue. The artists from the publication have digitally rendered the upcoming Honda CR-V based on the spy shots and the result seems to provide a good idea of what the car will look like in its full glory.

A LED powered headlamps on the car look futuristic, and are complemented by sharply styled DRLs.  The front bumper is also reworked with newly designed air intakes, fog lamp housings and air dam with honeycomb style grille. The tailgate has been reworked and the L-shaped taillight clusters are new as well. The registration plate has been repositioned and placed a bit low. The rear bumper gets new reflectors and silver finished under body cladding. The CR-V rides on newly styled alloy wheels. Last year in December, a Along wheelbase (LWB) version of the current Honda CR-V was spotted during a road test. The spied extended version had its face covered when it was on the run. The LBW treatment on the SUV was implemented in order to accommodate a third row of seats.
