Video: Jaguar F Type V6 S vs Triumph Street Triple R

While four wheels fans would argue that all you need is popping out of a sunroof to feel the thrills of a motorcycle, they will never be able to understand the thrills of hanging off a motorcycle, inches away from the tarmac, around a series of fast bends. As the two and four wheels camp are at constant loggerheads to decide which machine thrills more, the folks at Evo took a Jaguar F type V6 S and a Triumph Street Triple S around Blyton Park to decide which one is a faster Brit between the two.

The Jaguar F Type is a two-seat sports car, based on a shortened platform of the XK convertible. The V6 under the bonnet makes 380 Ps of power along with 460 Nm of torque and although the body is an all aluminium frame, it tips the scales at 1614 kgs. The Triumph Street Triple on the other hand is a naked, three cylinder motorcycle that is revered the world over for its abilities. The liquid cooled, 12 valve, 3-cylinder engine makes 106 bhp at 11,850 rpm and 68 Nm of torque at 9750 rpm. Watch both these machines slug it out on the track, its difficult to take sides though.
