If you have always found Scaletrix to be cool then you will find this mind blowing, to say the least! The video here shows competition level slot cars that travel faster than your eyeballs can. These are called the wing cars and these race on a 1:24 scale track with some sharp corners and cover a distance of  47 m (155 ft).

Calling these cars as toys will be the insult of the decade as these cars can hit speeds of 80-160 km / h and clock lap times from 1.5 to 3.0 seconds. 0-100 km/h takes less than 0.3 seconds and the electric motor does 300,000 RPM at 16 volts! (F1 cars? What F1 cars?)
